Helen is an experienced management consultant designing transformational programmes for large corporations in Asia Pacific. In her early years as consultant, she focuses on market-driven organisation transformation and delivered many projects in strategy, process and organisation redesign. Since 2004, she focuses more on talent and leadership development in organisations. She works extensively with middle-level and executive-level management to develop the mindset and skills for growth – both in terms of growth for the individuals and growth for the companies.

Experience
Helen has extensive experience in management consulting and executive coaching, having led and conducted projects and programs in Hong Kong, China and throughout Asia. Over the last 25 years, she has led over 50 transformational strategy projects and coached over 300 executives/young professionals in leadership, team management, communication, and collaboration. She also coaches teenagers on a pro-bono basis through her engagement in a Rotary Club.

Her clients include Hospital Authority Hong Kong, Chaumet Asia Pacific, St James’ Settlement Hong Kong, Stewards Hong Kong, Smith & Nephew China and Hong Kong, Gilead Asia Pacific, IMI Asia Pacific, Oracle Asia Pacific, Cigna Hong Kong, Cisco Hong Kong and ARM China. Projects she led range from facilitating strategy development workshops, vision alignment workshops, and futures scenarios workshops to leadership development programmes and coaching skill programmes. She also coaches executives in leadership communication and executive presence as well as team management and motivation.

Helen started her career as a System Engineer at IBM Singapore. After her MBA, she worked as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Asia Pacific for 5 years and leadership assessment and executive search consultant at Spencer Stuart Associates in Greater China.

Paul Sloss

Actor and training consultant

Paul is an actor and training consultant. Having worked in business, global event organisation and product management for a number of years he became an actor in 2013.

As well as work in TV, Film and theatre, Paul has worked as an actor in Corporate Roleplay since 2014, beginning his career with organisations such as GSK, and Kings College London.

More recently he has taken on roles in more complex and detailed communication simulations as well as in the capacity of a multimedia presenter for various companies within the construction and engineering industries. In addition to this Paul creates and facilitates training curriculum across communication, leadership, and health and safety for large Railway joint ventures and the NHS. He has worked as an associate of Full Potential Group since 2019.

Toyah is an actress and has worked in the film industry for over 25 years. She has a successful background in advertising media and management.

Stuart is dedicated to providing end users the best possible experience using proven technology solutions in a safe and secure way. 

Stuart is in charge of our information technology and computer systems. He ensures that technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely and also evaluates and implements new systems and infrastructure. Stuart is always looking to discover and implement new technologies that will make our lives easier! 

His modus operandum is always ensuring technology users fully understand and make best use of their IT services and solutions. 

Nikki Hinnell

COO and Official Birthday Fairy

Nikki is our Chief Operating Officer. Her key responsibilities are implementing strategy and managing finance, operations and processes across the business.

Experience
Nikki has long standing experience within Client Services at Full Potential. Before joining the team (way back in 2007), she was County Administrator for Berkshire Maestros, a Young Musicians trust. Being a dedicated support function helping others achieve their goals is a real driver for Nikki.

Ali Carter

Client Support Partner

Ali is our Client Support Partner. She is responsible for looking after FPG’s larger client accounts by responding to queries and project managing large programmes ensuring that the client relationship is strong.

Ali’s background is working in coaching, development, and training businesses, so she is extremely adept at helping people with a variety of requirements and at all levels. Alison is responsible for looking after FPG’s larger client accounts. She responds to queries and project manages large programmes ensuring that the client relationship is strong, delivering to a high standard and meeting our client’s objectives.

Experience
Before joining FPG Ali worked for management consultancies specialising in Value Proposition and Executive Coaching. Ali undertook a Neuro-Linguistic Programming qualification to learn more about how people see and respond to one another, she loves learning and helping others.
