Naomi Riches

Senior Facilitator & Coach

At the London 2012 Paralympic Games, Naomi achieved what some athletes only dream of, winning a Gold Medal in front of a home crowd. Naomi is now a speaker, facilitator and coach, helping individuals, teams and organisations to realise their potential.

Naomi Riches

When Naomi works with her clients, she draws on experiences from every area of her life; from being a gold medal winning Paralympian, to Chairing Henley Women’s Regatta; from being a Guinness World Record holder, to growing up with a visual impairment. She believes that our experiences are all unique and are gifts from our past that will help us achieve our goals and ambitions in the future.

As well as her lived experience, Naomi uses a variety of psychometric and diagnostic assessments;

  • Motivational Maps
  • Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (Behaviour)
  • Thomas International Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (Emotional Intelligence)
  • Thomas International High Potential Trait Indicator (Personality)

Naomi can help clients to:

  • Understand what motivates them so that they can maintain their purpose, poise and pace at work
  • Realise their full potential both as an individual and as part of a team
  • Untangle team dynamics enabling them to thrive within the organisation
  • Understand their own impact within the team
  • Tap into their emotional intelligence and build resilience
  • Reframe goals which initially appear TOO large
  • Embrace diversity and inclusion
  • Managed emotion and change/loss of identity through life or career transition

“Naomi puts adversity and seemingly insurmountable challenges, firmly into perspective, with her personal story of achievement, against the odds.” David Haggas: Writer/Producer – Paper Moon Productions
