Andrew is a seasoned Leader and developer of Leaders. He has been working in Asia for 33 years. Since 2012 he has worked independently as an executive and team coach, leadership development facilitator, and teaches in Business Schools.

Experience

Andrew is based in Singapore and works globally. As a psychodynamic coach, he challenges individuals, intact teams and development groups to see themselves and the world around them with fresh eyes, and works on specific behaviours or blind spots through to the big life and career questions. His facilitation work spans from team coaching to facilitating global offsite events.

Andrew is an adjunct professor at SP Jain School of Global Management, teaching the core EMBA courses Personal Effectiveness, Leading Teams & Organizations, and Leadership & Cross-Cultural Management. He is an Executive Coach on the Singapore Management University, IE Madrid, Manchester Business School and INSEAD EMBA programs.

Andrew’s prior work experience includes HR & Technology roles in UK and GCC countries before joining Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore in 1998, becoming Managing Director of global HR, Operations and Technology teams.
