Christine began her career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in the Change Management division working for clients through acquisitions and major technological change. In 2000, she joined the Jack Morton Worldwide Production team as a Senior Producer/Project Manager, and later, Senior Strategist and acting Director of Learning. While at Jack Morton, Christine designed and implemented over 200 training programs for an estimated 75,000 pharmaceutical and biotech sales representatives on four continents and in ten different languages. The programs she designed and implemented ranged from launch training initiatives to distance-learning programs.
Christine is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner. She is also an active member of Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Christine graduated with distinction from the University of Rochester with a degree in Organisational Behavior. She also earned a certificate in Personnel Management from the William Simon School of Business.
Christine loves working with non-profit organisations. She is on the Board of the We Are Family Foundation, founded the International Three Dot Dash Youth Summit, supports a local UU Congregation through the transformation to virtual engagement, produces an annual fundraising auction event for the Dream Come True organisation, and has been offering free Virtual Classrooms and content consulting for communities looking for training on Food Allergies using FARE curriculum.
