Helen is an experienced management consultant designing transformational programmes for large corporations in Asia Pacific. In her early years as consultant, she focuses on market-driven organisation transformation and delivered many projects in strategy, process and organisation redesign. Since 2004, she focuses more on talent and leadership development in organisations. She works extensively with middle-level and executive-level management to develop the mindset and skills for growth – both in terms of growth for the individuals and growth for the companies.

Experience
Helen has extensive experience in management consulting and executive coaching, having led and conducted projects and programs in Hong Kong, China and throughout Asia. Over the last 25 years, she has led over 50 transformational strategy projects and coached over 300 executives/young professionals in leadership, team management, communication, and collaboration. She also coaches teenagers on a pro-bono basis through her engagement in a Rotary Club.

Her clients include Hospital Authority Hong Kong, Chaumet Asia Pacific, St James’ Settlement Hong Kong, Stewards Hong Kong, Smith & Nephew China and Hong Kong, Gilead Asia Pacific, IMI Asia Pacific, Oracle Asia Pacific, Cigna Hong Kong, Cisco Hong Kong and ARM China. Projects she led range from facilitating strategy development workshops, vision alignment workshops, and futures scenarios workshops to leadership development programmes and coaching skill programmes. She also coaches executives in leadership communication and executive presence as well as team management and motivation.

Helen started her career as a System Engineer at IBM Singapore. After her MBA, she worked as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Asia Pacific for 5 years and leadership assessment and executive search consultant at Spencer Stuart Associates in Greater China.
