Background
Jo is an experienced HR Leader with experience of working in both multi-nationals and smaller start up organisations. Jo works at all levels including at Board level helping to transfer strategic and operational needs into simple people practices and plans. Jo held many senior HR roles at Tesco Head Office and Molson Coors UK for 15 years before becoming an HR consultant in 2016.

Experience
Jo’s experience has encompassed Recruitment, Retail, FMCG and Financial Services where she has worked with leaders and their executive teams to deliver their people plans. Jo has a proven track record in leading HR teams and designing and delivering effective people strategies. Jo’s areas of specialism include team development, line manager coaching and training as well as organisation design, talent management and organisational change. Jo believes in finding simple commercial solutions for businesses and in helping individuals and teams learn more about themselves to help them to be the best they can be.

Jo is a member of CIPD and has a Masters in Human Resource Management. She is also trained in profiling tools including Insights Discovery, Motivational Maps, Belbin and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
She has 3 young children and in her spare time enjoys going to the gym, holidays in the sun and the snow as well as cycling and walking with her family.
