James Sale is the Creative Director at Motivational Maps Ltd, a training company he co-founded in 2006. Steve Jones is the Managing Director of Skills for Business Training Ltd, leveraging over 20 years of management and business experience. His profound expertise in enhancing employee engagement led to his invitation in 2010 to join and co-chair the Government Task Force Team, Engage for Success, dedicated to improving workplace engagement.
