Neuro-agility

Improving your performance with an agile workforce

If you’ve been going through business transformation, your people will need to be as agile as your processes. Increasing the agile brainpower of every individual, leader and team will help you reduce the cost of change and enable them to think faster and more innovatively, learn faster and perform better.

Neuro-agility helps you boost performance by building an agile workforce, able to out-think, out-create and out-perform your competition. People adapt, learn, and perform better in new and changing workplaces.

Developed by neuro-scientist, Dr Andre Vermeulen, Neuro-agility is a trackable, measurable tool that helps individuals and teams work simpler, better, faster, by becoming more brain fit.

Rewire your thinking through chaos

Dr. Andre Vermeulen, our Neuroscience of learning expert, explains how you can change your way of thinking, and maintain a constructive mindset using neuro-agility, to help you thrive in uncertainty.

The ability to learn faster than competitors may be the only sustainable competitive advantage

As a coach I am convinced that a deeper self-awareness and self-knowledge supported by the scientific facts of the Neuro-agility test help to set the focus for self-development and for individual success. The Neuro-agility test provides unique information and data to clients about the way their brain works, the way they learn best. This is valuable information and can serve to set the direction for an entire coaching process. To support my coach work I have embarked on getting trained in Neuro-agility to become a Licensed Practitioner becausethere is a role for us coaches to support the journey of the individual towards agility and brain fitness to master learning needs and challenges with the constant change of the modern world.

About Neuro-agility

Neuro-agility is about the readiness of all the senses and brain regions to function as one integrated whole brain system, being receptive and responsive to receive and transmit bio-chemical impulses at optimum capacity under new and potentially stressful conditions. People who are highly agile have the flexibility to learn new skills, attitudes and behaviours fast and easy and unlearn old behaviour patterns quickly.
There are six drivers of brain agility to optimise brain fitness and performance. The interplay between a person’s neurological design and the drivers that optimise their brain performance, significantly influences the ease, speed, and flexibility with which people learn and their propensity for error. As organisations become more complex and dynamic, peoples’ ability to learn from experience becomes more important. It is referred to as “learning agility,” and the concept has attracted considerable attention from human resource professionals and consultants interested in selecting and developing employees’ ability to learn from experience.
