Coaching agility will be a core differentiator in tomorrow’s changing world. Agility allows coaches and coachees to respond rapidly to changes in the internal and external environment without losing momentum or vision. Doing things simpler, better and faster is the new prevailing mantra for people everywhere, but to facilitate this, coaches need to know how to activate more of a person’s agile potential. The key to unlocking agility is to use a blend of existing and new approaches that boost both the head and heart of the people we coach. During this session, you will learn two new approaches: Neuro-agility and Motivational Mapping.
- Understand what neuro-agility is and how to leverage the seven aspects of your coachees’ unique neurological design.
- Know how to boost the six drivers that impact agile brain performance and well-being.
- Recognize the nine motivators of your coachees, making you a more impactful coach.
