This half-day session brings senior People, Culture and L&D leaders together for a focused, peer-based exploration of the leadership capacity now required for 2026 and beyond.

As organisations accelerate in an environment shaped by AI, rising complexity and constant transformation, leadership capability is no longer the primary constraint. Leadership capacity is. Leadership capacity grows when organisations design leadership systems that sustain capacity, and when leaders are supported to expand how they see, decide and lead within those systems.

A working conversation for senior leaders
The session creates space for a small group of senior leaders to engage in a working conversation on the leadership shifts now required.

Rather than focusing on tools, programmes or frameworks, the session centres on the enterprise-level questions leaders are increasingly being pulled into, including:

💡How do we grow leaders’ ability to hold complexity without complication, exercise judgement without singular expertise and prioritise the system over self-orientation?

💡Why is culture now the biggest performance lever, and the hardest to govern?

💡What leadership capacities must be built as AI accelerates decision-making beyond human sense-making speed?

The session will be highly interactive, peer-based and grounded in real leadership challenges rather than theory. Participants will leave with greater clarity on the leadership shifts now required, personally and organisationally, and a concrete commitment to lead differently.
