An experienced professional with a solid background in a range of organisations, from small enterprises to international companies in both the private and public sector, Zoe has led on core business initiatives such as Early Careers, Management Development and Career Development. Zoe’s specialisations are in L&D strategy, programme management, design and delivery, consultancy, psychometrics, coaching and Action Learning. Previously as head of L&D for a global region in an international business, Zoe has led on programme management for the design and delivery of strategic projects in line with HR and business transformation.

Experience
Skilled at building relationships with people from early careers to board level, Zoe is known for her professional, open, curious and solution focused approach. As a management and leadership facilitator and coach her strength lies in being able to identify the core issue with the clients she works with, helping them to get clear on – and then achieve – their goals. She prides herself on her ability to build trust and strong relationships in order to deliver results at individual or organisational level, and taking a truly holistic approach to development.

Zoe has over 25 years experience in global fee earning businesses, including heading up the L&D function for a global consultancy, where her scope of responsibility ranged from internal consultancy and delivering strategic plans, projects and programmes to support the business, through to coaching senior executives as part of long term leadership development programmes.

Highly experienced in Action Learning and coaching at early career stage to board level, she can use psychometrics as appropriate to begin the development journey and deepen self-awareness.

Zoe has over 200 hours of coaching leaders in global corporate, charitable and not-for-profit organisations, on critical issues such as leadership transitions, professional & career development, performance and pivotal life decisions.
