Rachel is a highly dynamic and results-driven leadership coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in people and talent development. She specialises in helping organisations and leaders achieve meaningful, lasting change. By combining experiential learning methodologies with a deep understanding of neuroscience and learner psychology, Rachel brings an innovative and evidence-based approach to leadership development, team coaching and organisational strategy.

Rachel’s coaching philosophy is rooted in practical, measurable outcomes. Her creative and energetic style engages audiences, making complex concepts accessible and actionable. She is passionate about enabling leaders to apply their learning and deliver real impact.

Experience

Rachel has spent much of her career in internal leadership roles, giving her first-hand insight into operational challenges and organisational dynamics. Most recently, she held the role of Director of Learning and Development at a large global financial consultancy, managing teams across Europe, Asia, the US and the Middle East. Rachel became a leadership and coaching specialist in 2017.

Leveraging her extensive background in senior learning and development roles, Rachel ensures that every intervention is tailored to deliver commercial impact while supporting individual and team development.
