Experience
Paula has over 25 years’ experience in senior HR leadership roles across financial services, telecoms, property and professional services. She led people strategy at board level, managed large-scale transformation programmes, and developed high-performing leadership teams and inclusive cultures.
Now working independently, Paula supports leaders and teams across a wide range of organisations.
Her coaching is underpinned by deep cultural and
political awareness, strategic insight, and a strong focus on enabling meaningful, lasting impact.
