She has also helped clients to create inclusive workplaces, where diversity of thought is not just tolerated but actively welcomed.

Experience
Patti’s clients have included Ernst & Young, Thales, Aesop, LUSH, Edelman, Bosch, Nilfisk, BMW, Lindt, IKEA, the European School of Protocol, M3, Oxford Brookes University, Summit Education and several international recruitment companies. While working as a consultant to various global training and relocation companies, she has also delivered services to several major banks, Findus Foods, BHP-B, CSL, Rio-Tinto, BCG, Nexans, Bosch & Servier. Whilst living in Australia, she was regularly consulted by the media about cultural issues and in 2016 published a cross-cultural ‘guidebook’.
