Driven by a deep people value ethos, Nikki overseas HO and associate personnel whilst also maintaining a strong link with the Full Potential client base and practitioner communities.
As well as her varied day-to-day role, Nikki relishes in being the team’s Birthday Fairy, leaving no birthday without rousing celebration.
Experience
Nikki has long standing experience within Client Services at Full Potential. Before joining the team (way back in 2007), she was County Administrator for Berkshire Maestros, a Young Musicians trust. Being a dedicated support function helping others achieve their goals is a real driver for Nikki.
