Experience
A former People Development Director and Learning & Development Manager, Michelle specialises in workshops that support neurodiversity in the workplace. She established an L&D function from scratch, driving global strategy and cultural change. Key contributions include implementing ILM-accredited leadership pathways, leading Business Excellence initiatives with Lean/Six Sigma, and delivering award-winning training programmes. She also enhanced communication and engagement with the global rollout of the Insights Discovery profiling tool.

Collaborating with executive boards, she accelerated business performance and enhanced employee engagement. Michelle launched values-based programmes supporting neurodiversity, created a comprehensive leadership framework, designed the award-winning onboarding programme “The Academy,” and supported managers in achieving L5 qualifications through bespoke leadership apprenticeships. She also developed new performance review processes and competency frameworks to drive values-based behaviours.
