Mark’s leadership journey began over 25 years ago, when he stepped into his first leadership role. Since then, he’s taken on senior roles at some of the UK’s biggest names: Asda, Sainsbury’s, B&Q, and Countrywide, gaining a wealth of experience in HR, sales, and leadership development. Mark’s career has spanned diverse roles, from leading customer service teams and driving profit improvement at Asda, to being an HR Business Partner at Sainsbury’s, and a Regional HR Business Partner at B&Q and Countrywide. After a decade in HR, he transitioned back into an operational role as Regional Sales Director at Countrywide Estate Agents, where he increased bottom-line profit by 27% year-on-year. This success was driven by Mark’s ability to not only create a clear vision but also deliver it. He focused on empowering his team, driving performance, and building a culture where people loved coming to work.
Now, as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator, Mark is focused on helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. He believes that when people are connected to their purpose, take pride in their work, and unlock their potential, success naturally follows.
