An executive coach and facilitator since 2006, Joanna enjoys working with leaders who are navigating organisations, balancing challenging goals with systemic compliance. An objective orientated philosophy enables success to be tracked whilst promoting behavioral change to impact leadership capability and business results.

Joanna has first-hand experience as a senior executive in the magazine industry. As a commercial publisher, she led market leading global brands. She has
extensive experience of account management across a diverse range of industries and as a sales director she led award winning teams through major internal restructures, re-launching and marketing existing brands and launching new brands. In addition, she has worked as a board director with governance and fundraising responsibilities for Home Start, a charity that supports vulnerable families. Joanna is currently facilitating leadership culture change in the NHS and at Save The Children.

Joanna specialises in Systems Leadership, Team development, Women in Leadership, and Coaching Skills.
