Joanna’s background lies in corporate sales within the magazine industry, she was identified by ‘Media Weeks’ 30 under 30 as one to watch, she then went on to work as a Commercial Publisher on market leading global brands including Elle, New Woman, Red and Heat Magazine. She has extensive experience of account management across a diverse range of industries and as a sales director she led award winning teams through major internal restructuring, re-launching of existing brands and the launch of new brands.

Joanna then retrained and ran a successful coaching company for 6 years, before focusing on Inclusion and Diversity, and working with companies to retain and promote female talent.
