Duncan has top 10 leadership consultancy experience (EY-Lane4), delivering team and executive coaching, action learning groups and leadership programmes to Board-1/Board-2 leaders in FTSE 100-level organisations. He has employed leading-edge team practice from research in MSc, Team Coaching at Ashridge, and certified with thought leaders including Peter Hawkins and David Clutterbuck
