Insights Discovery is a powerful personality profiling tool developed from the work of Dr Carl Jung. Insights helps people to understand, their personality preferences, how they are likely to behave and their preferred communication styles. The questionnaire takes 10 minutes to complete. Your own unique Insights Discovery profile is a 20 page report with your own blend of Fiery red, sunshine yellow, earth green and cool blue. Your report includes: personal style, interacting with others, decision making, key strengths and development areas, value to the team, effective communication, blind spots, management.
