How does it work?
Every person has all four ‘colour energies’ within them; it is the combination of these energies which creates each unique personality. Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that explain how you prefer to respond, think and act. Your most natural way to be.
The colour preferences are measured by an easy to complete online evaluator. We turn this into a personal profile that is all about you and that identifies your strengths and possible development areas.

Everyone's Profile is Unique
Everyone receives a unique and in-depth Insights Discovery Personal Profile, which is the core of a host of different learning experiences – from individual coaching sessions, to e-learning to group workshops. Using the profiles as a springboard, we work with your people, teams and leaders to tackle the challenges that are standing between them and peak performance, such as effective communication, management styles, sales performance and finding an environment that inspires them to do their best work.

Becoming an Insights Practitioner
Being accredited as an Insights Practitioner means you can use Insights Discovery in your workshops and coaching within your own organisation or business.
It allows you to incorporate the colour language into your day-to-day operations as a learning and development or HR professional, creating solutions to specific business challenges of your organisation. The four day accreditation programme will teach you everything you need to know about Insights Discovery and how to apply it to your organisation.
